VH Channels stopped in GEOSCOPE stations

According the GEOSCOPE Scientific committee, all operational VH channels (Very Long Period, 0,1 sps) in GEOSCOPE stations have been stopped definitely on February 1, 2014 02:00:00 UTC (2014 032).
